Wine cellar
The strong link with history is evident in the cellar, where the treasures of La Taverna are preserved, together with the ancient well.
Over seven hundred and fifty wine labels are stored on the shelves, for a wine tour that starts in Friuli Venetia Giulia and crosses the Italian peninsula, extending as far as the New World.
Within the walls of the cellar, fine vintages, territorial excellence and refined experimentation are preserved, thanks to the partnership with the Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti (Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers). In addition to a touch of innovation, respect for the great labels, such as Ferrari, of which La Taverna is ambassador for Tenuta Lunelli, is fundamental.
When choosing wines and spirits, the sommelier moves between new trends and traditional combinations, for classic or “vertical” tastings. Matching the flavours of the cuisine with wine leads you to a new taste experience.
